Probably more accurate and less boomy. Quality instead of quantity, I'd imagine.

As far as SQ I've heard they're surprisingly good (probably because of those massive ear-pads), however what I also heard is that for something that boasts "Extra Bass" they're not that impressive, and don't compare to Beyer DT770s for bass.
