PPS caps are actually specifically marketed as a replacement for Polycarbonate, at least a few places that I've seen.

Mouser has Vishay 632P, a 50v metallized polycarbonate, and Xicon 50v polystyrene "fused to foil". A nice 10uf 632p is only $314.30! The Xicons go up to .01uf, @ $.38. I make no claims as to their suitability for anything.
