It's been ages since I stopped in @ head-fi. I had to protect my wallet and I'd found solace in the products I had at the time. HOWEVER, I've now purchased a 5G iPod video and am allowing myself to add to my selection of cans. Price isn't necessarily an issue and even better if I could get a couple sets of cans for different use.
Based on my current collection including ex71's, d66 eggos, xd400's (been in the box for over a year) and ms-1's which have been paired with pc and aren't going anywhere... What current cans should I be looking into? (Don't let the Sony products fool you.. It's a coincidence, not fanboyism.)
Those marshmellows look like a mini adventure to replace my ex71's. Anything to replace my eggos? or possible an IEM/canalphone to be all and end all?
