Get some non-slip cabinet mats (you can get these at HomeDepot or WalMart). These are the mats that you place in your kitchen cabs so your dishes don't slide around... Cut it to the same dimensions as your headphones, cut the center out, and place under the ear pads on your FC7. It moves the drivers away from your ears a bit, and really tones down the midbass. How much of the center do you cut out?

enough so it doesn't cover the drivers, I just matched the size of the driver and cut accordingly.
