I just bought the above album from an impulse brought on by www.pandora.com (though I wanted Tiger Beat more, but this was the last Bangs CD Rasputin's had!). Anyone else heard it and noticed grotesque sound quality or is it just my equipment? It's not distortion like in Sleater-Kinney's The Woods, it just sounds... bad. Like, my headphones suddenly turned into ibuds, I switched albums just to make sure and I'm pretty sure it isn't my headphones.
