So, I've never really been an audio head, but a few years back I got some Sennheiser CX 300s. They were relatively cheap, but they (imo) sounded pretty balanced (for me) and unfortunately my pair broke recently and Sennheiser seems to have stopped production on them. After a ton of research, it seemed like something like Moondrop Chu was what I wanted, but quite frankly they lacked any even slightly noticeable bass and I found the highs to be a bit piercing.
So, am I looking for "balanced" (is that U shaped?) sounding iems, rather than neutral sounding ones? Any recommendations under $100 US?
