I am not really a believer in that cables makes a huge difference. At least not for short runs. However, I plan to use/test my 650 in a balanced setup and thus needing new cables.

Was thinking to grab the balanced cables from tam audio,
http://tamaudio.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&path=37_48&product_id=99 (Got a Quattro Dac, planning to buy the amp).

Are there any other options out there I should consider (build quality/looks/length/price )?
I am not interested in paying too much though.

Cable needs to be around 2-3 meter long.

As far as balanced cables go, a lot of the issues with single ended cables kind of go out the window. For example, you don't need to keep the length short in fear of interference, and you don't need to worry about copious amounts of electronic shielding because it gets cancelled out. Check around the buy/sell forums for cheap cables and you should be good to go or choose to get the stock cables reterminated into a balanced set up and have them add a converter plug so that you can still go back to your single ended setup afterwards (assuming you go back).
