Can someone suggest a remedy regarding a purchase I made from another member? The seller claims that because the IEM sounds fine I cannot return it even though one of the IEMs has a bad MMCX connector (this fault was not advertised). His only remedy was to trade for IEMs that were of a lower price point (and I wasn't interested in, anyway). I have a video demonstrating the fault.

Perhaps a moderator could chime in before things get ugly.

the only thing i would suggest is that any payments should have been through PayPal and if they were then contact PayPal

if not…..then i got nothing

I've seen in the past a moderator getting involved and at the very least looking at the DMs. The member regularly sells IEMs here so I'm hoping for a peaceful remedy here.
