Yep. My wife and I just returned from New Orleans! The food was great and the music was even better. We visited the week after jazz fest and had the city to ourselves.

Preservation Hall was the best part of the whole trip. Crammed room about 20'x20' with everyone dripping sweat. The oldest things in the room were the instruments with the players average age being about 68. The music was amazing! How old jazz should be played. I went in thinking we would listen to 1 or 2 sets. We ended up staying for 3.

If anyone is even remotely interested in the history of Jazz, then Preservation Hall is a must!!
