Hi
There was a series on BBC2 (I think) to celibrate 250 years since Bach's death.
They had a famous pianist play one of the Goldberg variations in a famous building and also give a short talk about the piece. Each program a different pianist and a different building somewhere in Europe.
Its been repeated at least once since, late on a night, but I can't remeber what it was called.
I am trying to find out more information about the program so I can look up some more pieces by the pianists involved as I really enjoyed it at the time.
Perhaps there is even a DVD of the program is available.
Does anyone have a better memory than me ?
Thanks
Pat
