I manage to win a B&O H6 headphone! Wohoo! Plan to get a headphone amp for it to use it at work and when I travel. 
Anyone can recommend me a headphone amp for < 200 usd that works with both computers and iOS devices?

Are they 1st or 2nd gen H6?
 
If you've got the 1st gen, I'd recommend the small Brainwavz AP001 for on-the-go listening — it boosts the bass and sub-bass, without touching the mids or highs, making them more fun IMO.
 
I'd get a desktop amp at work, I personally have the FiiO E10k, it's small and USB powered, fine for what I've got at the moment, plus it has a bass boost switch, which works nicely with the 1st gen H6.
 
The 2nd gen is more efficient (no amp needed) and improves pretty much everything that was lacking in the 1st gen.

Its the 2 gen I got.
Would I get even better sound with a Dragonfly or similar DAC?

I've never tested the Dragonfly — I'm currently in the US for work, so I've only been able to listen to them on my iPhone, MBP and a FiiO E10K, but if it's a better source than your work computer, there has to be some improvement.
 
I think I'll be traveling without any dac/amp for these cans in the future.
