As someone who is into both photography and audio and knows how popular B&H is, this is shocking!

What's shocking is the Labor Department investigated them before and did nothing. A Federal Contractor, must be too big to prosecute.

Oh, I thought that they had to pay a large fine before...

But yeah, still shocking that a company could or would treat their employees this way in 2016.

The $32K fine was for the lack of safety guardrails which could be under OSHA. The $4.3 million was a discrimination case not for unfair labor practices.

So, they conduct unsafe labor practices and they discriminate against people. Super. I think I may be shopping elsewhere henceforth.
