avg cost of ear impressions?

I got charged £10 ($20) for both ears. Doesn't seem to be any regulation in this area with regard to costs, but i wouldn't pay more than $50, ideally less than that tbh.

I was charged ~$30 (NOK 180) for mine, some 18 months ago.

hi mate - where did you get them for £10, can I ask?

Paid $50 for a pair. < i would try to find em for $20-30, but you never know

That's quite cheap. The audiologist I went to in Edinburgh charges £50 ($100)!

The hearing company in Hove, i got the impression (no pun intended) that it's not something that they do very often, as the receptionist had to ask the audiologist specifically and get back to me on the cost, so it still might vary even within the same chain.
