I have a setup, the sound is glorious with SR60. However I am a tinkerer and like to experiment...

which inexpensive cans should I get?, preferably not as bulky. Considering HD201 or AKG K26P. Anyone using the combination?. I usually listen to jazz and classicals.

Coincidentally, I have the HD201 and PA2. Imo, the PA2 doesn't really do much for the HD201s. It did a ton for the HD212s though, dramatic muffled/veil sound removal. The PA2 does improve upon my MDR-D66SL a lot though. I think you'd like classical with these cans. Vocals sound upfront, uncovered, and very clear too. I can't comment on the AKG portables.
