Hi,
I bought an Auzentech Prelude that came today. I was ecstatic and the effect was AMAZING on the A2 speakers. It made the A2's bass much tighter, worth it for sure. When I switched to headphone however, I hear a copious amount of static coming from the front side port. The static is not correlated to the output volume - it is a constant salt and pepper noise distortion. I tried reorienting the wiring to the front port, and the static volume was not affected, meaning it was likely not the wires. I tried switching the PCI slot, there was nothing. The static begins when the windows screen boots up so it's not the fault of the graphics card above it or the power supply below it. I've managed to circumvent the problem by setting up prelude ->A2->PA2v2->headphone, but this requires me to go the extra step of taking down A2's volume every time I switch to headphones. This is annoying since A2's volume knob is on the back of the speakers. Anyways, has anyone had similar issues?
