I spoke to the guys that own Austin Audio. Two true audio nerds like us with decades in high-fi. They are beginning to add headphones to their lineup. They have started by selling and demoing Focal headphones including Elegia, Clear, and Stellia.

They are expanding their shop and have offered to host a small meet at their shop.

Late January or February might be best. They certainly are for me, as I will be out of state before that. Perhaps more importantly, it won't clash with post season football. It is also before SxSW fires up.
