I can't find a place near me (Cleveland OH) that has Grado, AKG, or Senn. headphones for me to try out, and the sound qualities are so different I don't feel comfortable buying them online. Where do you go to try these out? Any ideas for near Cleveland? If not, how do I choose? They are too expensive to just guess on, and everything says they all have good SQ but are for different people... so I am lost.

Does anybody know? I checked the retailers link on the websites, but they all pointed me to Circuit City and such, and they do not carry the higher end phones I am looking for.

Try out the local Guitar Centers. Some of the bigger stores carry Beyer, Audio Technica, AKG, and Sennheiser, just not Grado.
