It's been about 10 years, but I used Nancy Sideri at https://www.preferredhearingcare.com. She was right downtown on State St. She was a little bit pricey but the convenience was worth it.

There is also Tobias Hearing Center in Quincy just 20 minutes from Boston. My friend who is a musician has been very pleased with his custom molds made by Steve Tobias who is also a musician. https://www.tobiashearing.com
