If the IM03s get favorable reviews (and retain the A-T house sound), then that will be all the motivation I need to sell my SE425s. I only wish that A-T was offering these with clear housings and cables.

From what I have read IM03 will sound like an improved ck100pro but built wise I still think ck100pro will be more superior. I for one cannot wait to order the IM04. I do not think A-T has built a balance armature IEM that has left anyone disappointed.

Is it any cheaper in Tokyo? vs import

As already have been said it is always possible to find those iem cheaper in their native country but pricejapan is a great service which will purchase from any cheap source that you can find and they will ship you using a fix standard price. So it is matter of waiting.

I for one will not purchase anything (even the sony xba-h3) till early next year. Near march-june period we should see some great deals.

i am getting im50 or im70. Will skip im01 and im02, because i think i dont like they signature. I would want try im03 or im04, but at current cdjapan prices, they are too expensive.
i hope that im03 is as good as ck100pro, but with lower price tag. I think that im04, is just more coloured sound version of im03 with more bass.
Actually ck100pro MSPR is 63000 yen. But now on Amazon.co.jp they cost only  28000 yen. So after some months im04 should cost $300 shipped with tenso, but im03 $200-230.
