I was advised by the Parts Department at Audio Technica, USA, that they do not have replacement earpads for these headphones. I assume that this might also apply to other Audio Technica series. Third party manufacturers also do not seem to carry replacement earpads for the W series. This is a big issue, imo, if you are planning on buying the more expensive models in particular, as over time, there will obviously be wear on the earpads.
