I understand theres quite a bit of these posts, but none of them had a satisfactory answer or the thread deterred away from the main topic.
Right now I can get the COP for $170 or the ATH-M50x for $165.
I will be playing these out of a Macbook Pro or through an Ipod Classic with a Fiio e6.
Any suggestions will be very helpful! Thanks!

I have never heard the COP, but I have heard it said that on the second lowest bass setting, it has a sound surprisingly similar to the m50x (the m50x having slightly more detail, better treble). So do you want more bass, and are willing to trade off some other characteristics? I own the m50x, and I think their one outstanding trait is versatility, and as such are easier to recommend not knowing much about the purchaser.

I'd go for the Beyers, given their flexibility.

I also forgot to mention I wear glasses so comfort does have a pretty big factor into it. Would you know if the clamping force for them is similar?

M50/M50x have a nice clamping force, nothing too firm or loose. I wear glasses too, and it's not an issue for me. However, my ears sometimes do get sore after a few hours of use.
