Heya,
 
I have both. I don't like either of them. The M50 has harsh highs, recessed mids and a lot of bass, but it's clamped tight and has a puny sound stage. The Crossfade LP is pretty much the same honestly. Both are just over priced "V" shaped "DJ" headphones in terms of what they sound like.
 
I would look at something else. Unless you just like the look of these two.

What kind of music did you listen to with the crossfades?
