Have anyone owned/tried this ? Info
It was unveiled along with the Ath-W1000Z lineup in 2014 and it seems to have been sidestepped.
No love here apparently ?
It has built in amp and is probably the successor to the Ath-D900USB.
Uses trigence/dnote technology (some kind of digital filter, not sure).

No idea what science is going on but I read a not-so-bad review on Mobile01 (Taiwanese audiophile community)
