I just bought a new MacBook and I'm loving it. I'm wondering, though, how good the sound quality is for headphones in the headphone jack. Does it compare to the iPod? Is it better? worse?

I dont really know but I have a pair of AD 700's and a "Hot USB 1" DAC, for my computer audio setup and it sounds great.

Mg MacBook sounds about like my 5.5G ipod video. A decent USB/dac is an improvement.
