As of current I have three Inputs for my setup; my PC, my Macbook & my Playstation 3.
As of current all of these are input to my DVD Home Theatre system, it's nice for the 5.1 to be honest but I'm thinking of overhauling the setup. The main problem at the moment is that I have to change the optical cable over every time I want to use a different input.
Initially I'd like to find some kind of switch (without losing any quality from the optical cable) to solve this issue.
Furthermore I'd like your recommendations on a new setup.
What I propose currently is a Blu Ray system, with the PS3 going as the single input, and another separate Amp and Speakers for my PC Audio.
I'm not sure how this would work out, but I'd quite like your thoughts and recommendations.
