I'm basically looking to get balanced audio output to active studio monitors from my PC.
Essentially what I want is an audio interface, but I don't need any of the inputs, just the balanced output (I get buzzing in the monitors if I use unbalanced). Volume control is optional as I can control in Windows anyway.
What do you suggest?
