Hello Head-fi'ers,
I've run into a bit of a problem with my Audio-gd gear. I use a C2.1, NFB-2, and the first version of the Digital Interface all originally purchased in 2011. Recently I purchased some jumpers to activate the 192 kHz up-sampling in my Digital Interface. But now I do not get any sound at all out of my rig. Not even a noise-floor when the volume knob is at max. So what went wrong? How could changing the configuration of the jumpers on the pins cause this? It was working flawlessly at 96 kHz!
Edit: I have narrowed down the problem to the "NO-C" Jumper which, when activated, enables the up-sampling to 192 kHz. All of the other pins can be activated or un-activated and sound still comes through. But as soon as I put a jumper on the "NO-C" pin it stops the sound entirely. Sigh... I really wanted to test the upgraded TXCO clock and some 24/192 files. Any suggestions at all anyone?
