Does anyone know if the HE7 will display the current file res playing using Coax input ? My di20HE shows the file res. but the DACs display stays static. I am having a problem with an older bridge and it shows the file res but the DAC will not show the file res sent via the bridge.

If you got a recent he7, like the mkii, it should display the rate on coax. There can be a compatibity issue, or your old bridge just does not send the info.

My DAC was built in 2019, Its a sort of mesh between the later MKII and the earlier HE7s.................My info on rear calls it an HE7s but all the display is more like the MKII..........I contacted AGD and they confirmed it was indeed a HE7s but built later with updated case / display. I enjoy the DAC immensely and the DI20HE Bridge is superb with it. I ended up with a very expensive bridge / transport that has a small issue. The builder of the bridge asked if the file res info that gets displayed on the bridge was sending that info to the DAC. its honestly insignificant but I was trying to answer the ???

Master 7 dac here which recently passed it's 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY in my system.

Saved from extinction by a 2016 FPGA firmware upgrade.

Power is fed from a ZeroZone PT700S Isolation Transformer. I2S signal from a DI-20HE with LHY OCK-2 clock.

Thanks Audio-gd for 10 years of music.

Is it like a power purifier?
It solves all the inherent problems with a power conditioner. And is a step down from a power regenerator and with a considerably smaller price.

Typically a large capable power transformer and in my units case some additional filters and balanced.

I use a PC for music playback. When the iso transformer first arrived I plugged my PC, monitor, modem and speaker amp in for a month burn in. The PC was now effectively isolated from the other audio gear and immediately the effects were apparent. That alone was benefit enough and I was a little disturbed that I had not done this earlier in life.

Upon switching the iso transformer over to the other sensitive audio gear such as the DAC etc. the additional details and improvements were not small.
