Hey guys, I was just wondering how these are, compared to others in the same price range. Also, how would I connect a sub to it? I was originally looking at Z-5500s, but after looking around, I know obviously that would be a bad choice.

How are the M-Audio LX4s with the extra three speakers? I can get it for $250 used, not sure if that's good or not.

Listened to the A2 about a month ago. Bass if muddy and smears the overall presentation.
Not good.

You must have been listening to them with bad placement. The A2/A5s don't have a muddy sound

I've been using A2's for a while and they sound really good for their size and price. Perfect for a small bedroom setup.

It all depends. If you compare them with full size towers, they will loose

For a computer desktop setup, they do OK.
