Hello. I recently purchased some LCD-Xs that were certified factory refurbished. They are perfect but had a small question. The yoke rods seem to refuse to stay in place where I set them. After a few minutes of wearing the phones per the manual, one side usually changes notches. I tried to tighten the white screws to no avail but they would not budge. I ensured the 4 black screws are as tight as they could possibly be, but the problem persists. Any ideas on how I can remedy this? It is unfortunately constantly ruining the experience of such a great headphone. Did it come a tool/allen key that I did not get in my package? -Ali
