I couldn’t find an official thread but wanted to post something to say thank you, and call out the fantastic support I had from Audeze.

I bought some used LCD i4 headphones (they’re fantastic by the way!) and the left driver had a rattle that was only noticeable on some tracks. I shipped them to Audeze (internationally), they replaced with a whole new retail pack and returned the same day. They went from the UK, to California and back to the UK in 4 days!

Thank you to Chris that helped me, and to the whole of Audeze for having such a streamlined operation. Couldn’t have felt better about it all.

Well haven’t had to go to Audeze customer support but will agree the LCDi4 are fantastic . I picked up a pair of b stock and could not be happier also picked up a cypher cable as I’m using Apple products and definitely worth it to me.
