I have a question regarding the BETA HQ for PC. Why cant I change my EQ settings while using the dongle? Only wired works. I mean it works via bluetooth wireless from my phone. So why not via the PC HQ app? xD

It must be wired. As far as I understand.

Same reason the headset fw can only be done via cable.

BT is direct communication. Dongle is just a transmitter. Don't quote me on this though. That's outside of my general understanding.

My WICKED CUSHIONS CAME IN TODAY!
They still fit in my case.
The comfort is better and I do not get the sweats compared to the original pads.
As far for me as the music, there is no noticeable change!

I know it's a different headphone, but i did buy wicked cushions for the nova pro wireless and the sound signature changed dramatically for the worse, even with gadgetryTech's recommended EQ settings for the pads. The pads were also very thick and less comfortable than stock, it actually heated up my ears faster. If you buy the pads for Maxwell, definitely expect some kind of change.
