lol, I'll give it another try tonight. You really need to take time and get the headset fit correct otherwise the image quality is fuzzy. There's a few calibration test to run.
Thanks, appreciate that! If you double press the PS button the Sense controller, you can bring up the PSVR specific quick menu. Whenever I put on the headset, I do this and run the image calibration option or whatever to make sure you get your eyes in the "sweet spot" of the lens. Please let us know if the Maxwell's fit comfortably with your headset whenever you get the chance, thanks!

First time I noticed it so was just double checking.
My guess is its because its in the middle row. The headband is long/big. I just put mine on the highest level screws being it feel better and doesn't move anymore.

Adjusting the Head Strap

To adjust the headband strap length, pull the strap straight off of the set screws. You do not need to remove the screws to adjust the strap length. Line up the holes of the appropriate adjustment level and slide the headband back over the screws. For very large adjustments, the head strap can be removed entirely and the upper band is cushioned to give more headroom for those blessed with an extra large brain.

▪︎▪︎ I didnt pull my headband off I removed the screw because I didn't want to make the headband holes bigger by pulling the straps though the screws I believe it would of made holes bigger making strap not as tight

The IOS app is not released yet. This is the older version of the app that is used to custom HRTF.

Is it normal for the headband to become very slightly loose after adjusting it? The manual says no need to remove the screws but it’s made the holes on the headband slightly bigger.

Yes, the behavior you show in that video is typical for this headphone. The inner strap should be pliable/flexible and is made and intended to be taken on and off the screw posts in order to adjust the size as needed. Doing so is a normal part of use of this product.
