i just got a bottle of 14 20mg prednisone pills for my mild eczema. the bottle says "take two tablets by mouth everyday with food." does this mean i should take the two pills at the same time? or should i take one in the morning and one at night? 40mg a day for 7days seems like a lot.

My dermatology isn't great but I think the management of eczema includes topical and not oral steroids. 40mg oral prednisolone per day does sound like quite a hefty dose for mild eczema. Are you sure it's not for an exacerbation of asthma?

edit: I'd recommend holding off on those tablets until someone with more medical experience posts on this thread. Either that, or check back with your doctor, or get a second opinion.
