Yeah the guy at the UPS store said if i shipped it I would probably get it back with more paperwork to fill out and more fees to pay. USPS was the route I was gonna go if this did'nt work. I'll find out today if that's a possibility and get back to you guys.

Hey guys, basically I just want a set to make sure that everything fits after assembly. I have a set of pads that Hugo sent me so that's fine for finding out the dimensions of the piece but I just want to make sure it fits and my method works before making 120 pcs of them and they might not fit. Maybe someone in Canada would be more practical than Gary sending them.

It will also cost me a lot to send them back so maybe Gary, you shouldn't send them to me if it's that expensive. LOL.

Why not just ship the pads to someone to try on their phones? I know that shipping an $8-9K headphone is not an option in my mind.

This seems a much more viable option, just let us be your test subjects. Maybe someone closer to you Jeremy,like New York or a more northern state to keep any costs down.Gary

Thanks for all the help/suggestions. I just thought that if I had a pair on hand, I can make the necessary fitting adjustments quickly and easily. Are there any canadian people on the list? If I were to send the pads, I'd rather send them to a Canadian as it would be much faster.

Actually I should have been more specific, I only need the earpads, not the headband pad. I'll have 2 sets of earpads though

Hmm, I wouldn't have much use for the headband pads since I'm not a HE90 owner :/ I'll try to work something out, but would anyone want an extra set of headband pads, in the meantime?
