Personally, I'm committed 8/12 -15 and probably can't make the 20th as I'll be on vacation, so the 27th works. 
 
You won't find a date that works for everyone, especially in the summer.  Hope you hvae a good turn out!

Thanks for following. I think the 20th is going to work the best. I am looking at a morning meet, 9-10am arrival time until ??? The location is in the link below. On the map you will see "Schoolcraft Schools Middle School. I have reserved one of the libraries. I'll bring donuts for all. If it is still wretchedly hot out, it may be in a different building, but within blocks. I will continue to post updates. I'm sorry if this day does not work for you. I'll try to do another next year inside this same time frame.
