Heard this DAC/AMP briefly with LCD-2 at the local hifistore. Sounded pretty good and seemed to have enough power. Would be interesting to try it with HE-500. Something in the Atolls character made me think it could be a good match. It looks like a nice build and not crazy expensive either, can be found for 479€.

HiFiRobot,Hi,did you have any more chances to use Atoll hd 100? Have a dilemma - what to choose - iFi Micro iDSD BL or Atoll HD 100. Very few notes in Google but it appears to be a very good toy)!

i wish someone vould tell some impressions, as it really seems to be very well build. also i would like to know if you could exchange the burrbrown to a modern dac and opamps changed to some Sparkos.
