ath-w5000 wet earpads (shiver)

These headphones seem to get so much time in my head that earpads suck all sweat etc inside them and theyr "wet" seams push water+coloring matter from stitching seams and well it stains skin...

should i just buy few spare pads that i swap on daily basis and leave other ones to dry (applying leather care to seams after these dry up could also help solving this problem)

Nasty indeed lol. Try squeezing them while submerged in cold water. Squeeze as much water out of them as possible before letting them dry slowly (might take a whole week) - they will probably shrink a little. Whatever you do don't try and dry them quickly (hairdryer etc) as they will shrink even more.
