Hi everyone, this is my first post and I'm new in these things. So, I'm gonna start.

First, I've got a PC with this specs:

- MOBO: MSI M7 Gaming
- CPU: i7 6700k
- GPU: MSI GTX 980Ti 6G
- RAM: DDR4 16GB

Well, I'm gonna buy an ATH-M50x. So, will I need an AMP/DAC for this headset or my PC is good enough for them? And what do you think about SounBlaster E1/E3/E5? Should I buy one of them? I'll appreciate your help.

Are those for games, music and movies?

You want open headphones or closed? Open are much better for everything, especially gaming, but don't isolate like closed. If you need closed for gaming/movies, get the MSR7, which slay the M50X as far as closed headphones go, or the HP50s mentioned above.

As far as open go, the Phillips X2 would be up your alley, it sounds like.

So, which should I buy? Is ATH-MSR7BK worth? And should I buy an AMP/DAC?

MSR7 don't need an amp, no. You still haven't told us if you want open or closed headphones. What are you current headphones and how do you like them? Do you like lots of bass? Very clear highs? It's hard to recommend things without more info. If you want a closed headphone that's good for gaming, then the MSR7 is very worth it. But almost any closed headphone will lose out to an open one for gaming.

I want a closed headphone, but I at Amazon there are two:

http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-MSR7BK-SonicPro-High-Resolution-Headphones/dp/B00PEU9CFA

Are they the same?

Yeah, they're the same. No amp needed for those. Super easy to drive. Great imaging for games, and great for music too. Sound signature is slightly elevated bass, forward upper mids, and sparkly treble. If that sounds like your thing, they're a great buy.

Thanks a lot, so, I'm gonna buy the cheaper which costs $209. And one more thing, you told me that this headphones don't need  an amp, so if I would buy one, won't I have any benefit? I mean like Sound Blaster E1/E3/E5, because my budget is $300.
