I would like to know about the bass between this 2 model (ATH-M50s/LE and ATH-TAD500). Which one this a big bass? I have TAD500 I like mid and high but I don't like bass because TAD500 small bass. So, If ATH-M50s/LE has the big bass than TAD500 it best for me.
 
Can anyone compare the sound in bass part for me please. ^^

Using the search function, it seems that no one has had any experience with the ATH-TAD500s. I don't know where you're from, but most stores that sell any professional audio equipment (like Guitar Center or something) carry the M50s. If you can find a store like that they'll probably let you try the M50s for yourself.

TAD500 is open air. M50 is closed. If it's bass you are looking for, closed headphones would do better than open any time. Or at least that's from my experience.
