Hello, can you guys give me an idea of what my sound settings should look like with the ath-m50s and rockboxed clip+? I don't own the m50s but I plan to test them out at a store. Thanks.

I have the M50 but never used them on a sansa. Used them on an archos 605 and on a sony walkman 464, both with amp help from a fiio E5.
 
Regarding the M50 you´re in for a treat: they are the best sounding closed ear headphones for that price range, just amazing. I believe they´re some of the best AT ever produced. Try them and feedback what you think!

The website anythingbutipod has a lot more info about the Clip+
The website Rockbox should be able to help with settings.
