ATH-M50 upgrade? HELP (urgent)

The Fostex TH600 is what I'd consider the closet all around upgrade to the M50's, and it's easy to drive so your soundcard would probably last you for a while until the source-upgrade-bug catches you and you turn into your avatar. The DT880's are much closer to neutral than M50's, so if you still want a V-shape, there's plenty of options.
