Have a quick question for those of you that may own the ATH-L3000...

Do you know if the manual has the European Union's electrical component standards CE mark printed anywhere in it?

I know the symbol you're talking about and I do not see it anywhere on the instruction manual or the box.

Thanks folks, I appreciate it. I was afraid that might be the case...

I've heard that European customs can be pretty strict about things, and that they might be able to seize incoming electronic goods that don't bear the CE mark. Is there any truth to this claim?

I received a L3000, L3000G and DHA3000 from Japan this year and didn't have problems at all.

Well, apart from delays, holds, and outrageous charges up to 38%. Welcome to UK!
