I'm really liking the sound of my CK7s (detailed, clear top, good bass but not overpowering - in contrast, I find my JBL Ref 220s perhaps a bit too bassy). I've read the CK7s are similar in sound sig to Ety ER6i's, which I've never heard. Would the 6i's be a step up or a step across in terms of SQ d'you think?

If a step across, what recommendations do you guys have for a next step up?

Budget would be in the £100 -£150 region (USD200 - 250ish I guess) & looking for IEM. Was wondering about the E4c, but again never heard it.
Music -everything from Avant Garde to Zydeco.
