Just as the title states. I love my A900s, but they are way too loose. The A500s I previously had were not THAT loose. I basically can't move my head without it starting to slide off. I went to the store and tried on all A500, A700, and A900. I found that the A500 and A700 both have the same grip level, but the A900 feels just as loose as the pair I have.
I'm considering replacing them with the A700s just because of this comfort issue.

Anyone know of any mod to tighten that up a bit?

Sure; put a rubber band or two around the over head wings to pull them close together.

buy a hat or some some kind of cap that won't cover your ears.

Rubber band across wings and the phat pad mod (from what I remember its W5000 pads with a cable around the inside).

You know what actually works perfect? One of those women bands for hair. I picked a black one, blends in perfectly, and puts a JUST RIGHT tension on the bands.
