which of these headphones are going to sound the best for music only (mainly alternative/classic rock) i ask this because i can get all three of these for around the same price and want to get the best for my money.
I know that the ath a700 is closed, and i am not concerned about my music leaking out for others to hear just looking for the best sound for my music.

Well I would recommend the AD700 (which is open) over the A700. The HD555 is good too but for the same price you can get the AD700 which is much better for music in my opinion, especially for rock.
