Hey
I'm an audiophile noob and was wondering if any ATH-A700 owners could share their burn-in experience with these cans.

Also, which amp is everyone using with these cans?

Try G&W AT-F100. This amp's specially made for low impedance AT cans and having good reputation in chinese forums.

What's the official site for that amp?

I found this site http://ornec.com/product/GB/G&W_AT-F...one_Amplifier/ but I have no idea if it's the official or reputable at all.

EDIT: Woah. The cheapest shipping option is £45? That's almost half the price of the AMP.

There has to be a cheaper method of getting this AMP?

I've heard a G&W AT-F100 demo unit at a shop. The AD2000 and A950LTD sounded good with it. It was much larger than I expected and wasn't very expensive, about US$212.

The A700 isn't as sensitive to amplification as some other ATs, though it should also respond nicely to a good source and amp. The Corda Arietta and Aria are good options.
