This thread made me turn my volume down a bit.

I always listen pretty quietly, no problem holding a conversation, and your ears adjust pretty quickly to lower volume.

I usually listen just above where i can have a normal conversation. If i hear someone start to talk to me I usually will turn it down, its usually a good balance between being able to fully understand someone and not hearing them at all

If you can talk with music going, you're listening at levels far too low for your cans to perform on designed level.
