  I guess i have all my answers answered, except for the fact that the sound card does a clicky sound every time computer is toggled on or off that i already found out its normal and the EQ that do not work in 2 channels, i am new to this forum, do i need to talk with someone to close this thread?

 
Try using a program like Foobar2000, for playing music audio files, I believe it comes with an EQ.
Install the WASAPI component.

Yes i am going to try Foorbar, i will try to download the unified drivers for the xonar to see if that will fix the EQ problem too.
