Despite being already available (here in Europe), the Xonar DG does not yet have any reviews.
While this card does have a headphone amplifier, the specifications do not say which one, so it's clearly not something like the TPA6120A2.
The price shows that this card is the new low end of the Xonar PCI(e) line.
On this model, Asus doesn't relabel the C-Media controller with its own "Asus Virtuoso" brand, so it looks as if Asus doesn't want this card to appear to be in the same league as the other Xonar cards.
I'd estimate that this card is not worthy of being seriously discussed on Head-Fi.
